A web3 neobank was about to launch but the key question was where.

Being based in Argentina, LATAM was the obvious direction, so we pressure-tested across 4 countries to find the right market.

Over 8 weeks we validated 8 value hypotheses. Two markets stood out: Colombia and Argentina, with a customer acquisition cost of $2.50, compared to the $15 industry average for LATAM fintech.

We also built the marketing team from scratch, embedded AI into daily operations, and cut out everything that didn't move the needle.

While running the experiments, we launched Key Talks - an interview series with leaders from Hedera, Holochain, CasperLabs, Tokens.com, and others and managed all social channels from day one.
